Job Responsibilities:

požadavek:

  • SŠ/VŠ technického směru, praxe v oboru výhodou
  • velmi dobrá znalost AJ nebo NJ
  • znalost MS Office – výborná znalost Excel
  • znalost SAP výhodou,
  • znalost VDA 2
  • základní znalost nástrojů kvality (8D report, FMEA, Pareto analýza atd.)
  • znalost APQP, IMDS výhodou
  • zkušenosti v automotive, iniciativa, vyjednávací schopnosti, samostatnost, zodpovědnost, flexibilita
  • zkušenost se Škoda Auto výhodou
  • zkušenosti se vzorkováním v Automotive
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B

náplň práce:

  • příprava podkladů pro audity u dodavatelů k ověření splnění efektivnosti systému jakosti
  • řídí proces vzorkování
  • zpracovává analýzu výsledků kvality dodavatelů z podkladů vstupních testů a předává informace Quality Managerovi
  • připravuje podklady pro pravidelný report o jakosti
  • zpracovává přehled nakupovaných komponentů a udržuje ho aktuální
  • zpracovává přehled nabízených komponentů
  • udržuje aktuální stav skladu vzorků
  • řídí řešení vadné dodávky s dodavatelem včetně okamžitého opatření k zamezení zastavení výroby
