Paint Line Team Leader

The Paint Line Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the paint area in the Fab Shop Supervisor’s absence, including but not limited to: training new and existing employees in the proper usage and preparation of equipment, delegate work, expedite work, and dealing with employee issues, not including disciplinary action. The incumbent will work closely with the production team to meet production goals, quality requirements and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
