Retire & Re-join - Police Officer

The Retire and Rejoin Scheme, is open to all officers to return in the rank of Constable to Inspector.

West Midlands Police are continuing the retire and rejoin scheme, allowing those who have or are due to retire from policing, the opportunity to rejoin the Force

This is to give Officers the opportunity to continue in policing and for us to utilitise your valuable skills and experiences that you have developed as an officer.
