Senior Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in application support and development. The role involves supporting and enhancing client-facing platforms

Hands-on expertise in Form.io, SSIS, SQL Server, JavaScript, C# & Powershell

Knowledge of .NET, HTML/CSS, and API integration is a plus.

Familiarity with IIS hosting, Azure, Git, and JIRA.

Provide L2/L3 technical support for custom applications and data-driven solutions.

Configure client setups and workflows using Form.io.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages for data integration.

Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database processes.

Implement and troubleshoot JavaScript-based solutions for web applications and automation.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve defects in production systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, and Clients) to deliver fixes and enhancements.

Implement monitoring, automation, and proactive improvements for system stability.

Manage deployments, integration issues, and application environments.
