Visitor Services Rep

Job Summary:

The Visitor Services Representative is responsible for welcoming and assisting patient visitors who come to see patients in the Postpartum and Labor and Delivery departments. One of their main roles is to assure that visitors are who they say they are and screen for appropriate visitation. This is done in a manner that supports an environment that is caring, supportive and safe. 

 

Licensure and Certification:

• Current BLS provider card
• Management of Assaultive Behavior certification within one (1) year of hire

Education:

• High school graduate of GED equivalent

Experience:

• 6 months experience in a customer service environment
• Service recovery skills preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Service oriented behaviors required
