Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking an Episode Management Nurse!
Are you a detail-oriented RN who enjoys making an impact behind the scenes? Ohioans Home Healthcare is looking for an Episode Management Nurse to join our team! In this role, you’ll use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and OASIS expertise to help ensure our patients receive the highest quality care from start to finish.
This position offers the perfect balance of independence, teamwork, and work-life balance with no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Requirements
- Live in-house training in our Perrysburg Corporate and Dayton Area office
- No on-call
- RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred
- Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and willing to get license in Michigan
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills, nursing skills per competency checklist
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision, as well as good organizational skills
