BARTENDER - Meril Full Time

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:  Duties include, but are not limited to the following: - Follow proper register transaction procedures.- Adhere to the proper par stock procedures.- Have a complete understanding of all applicable laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages (as directed by Beverage Department).- Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the bar area.- Monitor and train novice bartenders as dictated by management.- Remain up-to-date on Hotel current events and the hours of operation of all food and beverage outlets.- Must have the ability to pour up to 240 drinks per hour on a consistent basis.- Must have ability to read and follow specialty drink recipes as prepared by Beverage Manager.- Responsible for garnishing all cocktails from the bar...
