Based at our Bentonville, AR laboratory for Retail and Consumer Products, the Retail Analyst supports Retail Pullers in helping clients maintain product compliance after items reach store shelves.
- Analyze testing history data, identify necessary database changes and departmental items, understand and apply all relevant testing rules to determine if merchandise is testable.
- Utilize proprietary client systems to run queries and generate multiple weekly internal lists for procurement guidance.
- Coordinate with out of state pullers locally and across U.S. to procure samples for Instore Testing Program.
- Review accuracy of reports and determine revisions if necessary.
- Partner with UL client liaisons for special requests and determine procurement plans.
- Provide customer service assistance via phone/email where necessary.
- Research and coordinate additional sample processes and special programs.
- Cover sample procurement or sample handling on as needed basis.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.

- Minimum of high school diploma and one year related experience required.
- Previous experience with Retail Link and Sales Force preferred.
- Previous merchandising experience across multiple product categories is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
