Staff Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience. • Extensive experience leading a small technical team in a collaborative and team-based environment using good verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated understanding of structures, mechanisms and materials as well as the application of Mechanical Engineering principles, theories and concepts. • Robust knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in accordance with ASME Y14.5 and ability to perform complex detailed part and subsystem tolerance analysis. • Experience with solid model and drawing creation using 3D computer-aided design software, specification development, vendor interface, parts selection, and configuration control. • Ability to obtain a security clearancePosted 3 weeks ago
