Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts.Position Description
- Reconciles detail transactions for cash, credit cards, Synchrony and Progressive and posts related journal entries
- Responsible for putting together journal entries as needed for customer adjustments
- Processes weekly customer refund checks
- Assist with Customer Adjustment and inquiry emails from other departments
- Prepares and emails Commercial Account Statements
- Assists with collection on NET30 customer accounts
- Reviews and posts miscellaneous deposits
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Cross train within department for other AR functions
Qualifications
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience including experience with a large ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or SAP. Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $19.85 - $25.75Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
