Imagine sitting right at the intersection where commercial ideas meet scalable data architecture. This is your chance to own the engine behind Hobbii’s global customer journeys, workflows, and setups directly inside Klaviyo.
You will be the core tech configuration expert in a team that values pragmatism, data, and testing new ideas over rigid corporate guidelines. We reach over 5 million passionate makers across 13 countries every single week, which means your work has an immediate, visible impact on the global crafter community.

Why this role is different
The sweet spot between data and marketing: You will sit as the operational bridge between our Head of CRM & Retention, Martech Lead, and the Tech & Data specialists. Your primary playground is configuring, testing, and deploying setups inside Klaviyo.
Real global scale: Your segmentation logic and automation triggers affect millions of users in real-time. When you optimize a setup, you see the direct feedback in our commercial metrics immediately.
A path to true tech mastery: You will be our internal Klaviyo super-user. You own the day-to-day execution, but you also have a direct hand in shaping how we implement new platform features, AI tools, and integrations moving forward.
What you will actually spend your time doing
Building solutions in Klaviyo: Turning marketing requirements into reliable setups - configuring automation workflows, dynamic content, and personalization triggers.
Platform governance: Making sure customer data flows cleanly between Klaviyo and our other core systems while keeping technical documentation sharp.
Optimizing deliverability: Keeping a constant eye on our sender reputation, domain authentication, and smart list hygiene to keep our inbox placement rates high.
Capability scaling: Partnering with technical teams to test, iterate, and integrate new AI-powered tools into our CRM stack.
Who we imagine you are
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by technical problem-solving. We would love for you to tick these boxes:
2–3 years of hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or marketing technology ecosystems (Klaviyo experience is a huge plus).
A structural understanding of data architecture, segmentation principles, and email authentication protocols.
Exceptional attention to detail - you test things thoroughly before they go live.
Fluent in English (our company language) and holds a valid permit to work onsite in Denmark.
Bonus points: A foundational grasp of HTML or experience working with tools like Figma or Canva.
