Responsibilities
• Lead executions and planning for unique customer delivery request as needed. This includes tracking delivery as well as communicate timely on progress to customer's LOM and relevant stakeholders.
• Play a critical role in managing stakeholders’ communication and carry out flawless execution in order to maximize customer's revenues and prevent customer’s production impact.
• Execute robust document archiving process (On-Site specific) and meet customer’s record keeping and legal requirements.
• Support to obtain import MITI permit as needed and follow compliance requirement to record and manage shipments.
• Manage all incoming shipping documents information by capturing key information into SPT system and scan image related to customs shipping documents.
• Perform SAP CIPL for customer according to requirements base requirement.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field/industry of Supply Chain/Transportation/Logistics.
• Preferably with at least 2 year experience in Transport operations environment.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
