Lead Medical Technologist- Blood Bank

The Lead Technologist performs essential duties in one or more sub-specialties of the Clinical Laboratory in a highly competent manner.  The clinical subspecialities of interest for this Lead Tech position are Blood Bank and Stem Cell.  In addition, he/she provides technical expertise to staff and others and acts as the Manager’s designee in performing delegated tasks.   The Lead Tech collaborates with the manager in making decisions in compliance with existing policies, procedures, or instructions.
