Job Title: Website Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines) | Shift: 11pm–8am PHT | Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly skilled Shopify & WordPress Developer who can execute polished, conversion-focused websites with speed, precision, and consistency.
This is not a purely creative design role.

What You’ll Do
Website Development & Execution
- Build and launch websites using: Shopify / WordPress/ WooCommerce / Go High Level (GHL) / Wix /Squarespace
- Customize Shopify themes and WordPress templates based on Founder branding and business requirements
- Implement responsive/mobile-first layouts optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experience
- Build websites that are visually polished, functional, and conversion-focused
- Deliver high-quality website builds within production timelines
SEO & Website Performance
- Implement On-Page SEO best practices including: Metadata / Heading structure / Image optimization / Internal linking / Schema markup / SEO-friendly page structures
- Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance
- Ensure websites follow technical SEO and accessibility best practices
Integrations & Technical Setup
- Configure domains and hosting using: GoDaddy / Hostinger / Bluehost
- Manage DNS setup and domain connections
- Integrate: Forms, Calendars, CRM tools, Analytics tools, Payment gateways,Plugins and third-party applications
- Support WooCommerce setup, Shopify app integrations, and basic API integrations
Content Integration & QA
- Upload AI-generated copy and visual assets into templates
- Ensure clean formatting, spacing, typography, and layout consistency
- Conduct full QA checks including: Mobile responsiveness / Broken links / Page speed / SEO implementation / Visual consistency / Functionality testing
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in: Shopify Development and WordPress/WooCommerce Development
- Strong understanding of: Shopify themes & Liquid templating / WordPress custom themes & plugins / WooCommerce / Mobile-first development / Technical SEO / UI/UX best practices
- Working knowledge of: HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / PHP / Basic API integrations
- Experience using at least two of these platforms: Shopify / WordPress / GHL / Wix / Squarespace
- Strong troubleshooting and QA skills
- C1 CEFR English proficiency minimum
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in agency, outsourcing, or high-volume production environments
- Experience implementing conversion-focused website structures
- Familiarity with: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO audit tools
- Strong visual design awareness and understanding of modern website aesthetics
