Position Overview:
Our Impact:
- Ensuring analytical consumers remain productive during data platform transitions
- Driving adoption of interim data solutions and the MF DataVerse
- Acting as a bridge between data consumers and data product delivery teams
- Providing training, documentation, and enablement that accelerate value realization
- Measuring and communicating adoption progress, risks, and insights to leadership
Your Impact:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned data consumers during onboarding and adoption
- Partner with consumers to define data needs and design adoption plans
- Guide consumers through training, testing, and go‑live readiness
- Identify and help resolve adoption risks and barriers in partnership with delivery and governance teams
- Contribute to the evolution of adoption standards, tools, and best practices as the program scales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data enablement, product support, or a related role
- Strong understanding of analytical workflows and data platforms
- Experience partnering directly with business or analytical consumers
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Preferred to have experience supporting data platform transitions or modernization initiatives as well as familiarity with data governance, access management, or change management concepts
- Experience developing training materials or facilitating workshops is helpful
- Experience contributing to team processes, playbooks, or standards is preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $162,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
