We're looking for a Working Student to support our Privacy Engineering & Compliance Automation initiatives. You'll work across technology, compliance, and AI governance, helping build scalable processes that ensure regulatory requirements are embedded into our systems and products.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Map and document data flows across internal systems, APIs, and third-party service providers

  • Configure and maintain compliance workflows, automation pipelines, and audit documentation

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes

  • Assist with technical reviews of vendor integrations, data transfer mechanisms, and security controls

  • Inventory and classify AI/ML systems based on regulatory risk requirements and support the preparation of technical documentation

  • Conduct technical assessments as part of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), including reviews of access controls, data minimization practices, and logging mechanisms

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into products and processes

  • Monitor regulatory developments and help translate new requirements into actionable technical tasks

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes, documentation standards, and governance practices
