Building Engineer

Complete Building Services is seeking a Building Engineer to support a property in NW Washington, DC.    The Building Engineer is responsible for the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, boilers (steam and hot water), radiators, pumps, rooftop units, package units, split systems, and air handling units. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting abilities and solid technical expertise.
