Operator

Serves as phase one lead of the three-phase operation to manufacture products for the St. Clair facility. Works as part of three-person team to ensure sufficient batches are produced in a timely fashion to meet customer expectations. Weighs, measures and mixes raw ingredients per client specifications to provide to extruder operator and packager. Organizes and processes work so that batches are processed quickly and accurately. Works efficiently and safely. The tiltbody mixer is responsible for routinely meeting production and quality standards in the performance of the work.
