An outstanding opportunity exists for a proven, high-performing Sales Executive to join our New Car Sales Team. This role is suited to someone who thrives on competition, is motivated by results, and is ready to align their career with a globally recognised premium brand.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your customer portfolio and sales performance. This is a role for someone who understands that success comes from discipline, follow-up, and an uncompromising commitment to delivering results.

You will be expected to not only meet targets, but consistently exceed them while building long-term, high-value customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership as the primary point of contact for your customers, delivering a premium and personalised experience

  • Consistently exceed targets across new vehicles, finance, and associated products

  • Proactively build and grow a strong customer pipeline through repeat and referral business

  • Execute disciplined follow-up and post-delivery engagement to maximise retention

  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture within Westside BMW
