We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Specialist at our Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA location. The Compliance Specialist will work in a team environment and closely with Procurement Compliance Management to support procurement governance, risk mitigation, data analysis, process innovation, and oversight—while leveraging emerging AI technologies, the Azure suite and Atlassian tools to enhance compliance operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs procurement analysis to ensure compliance to regulations, contractual requirements and Company policy.
- Analyzes data and situations, and recommends solutions; contributes on actions to be taken. Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends and recommend areas for process improvement; participates in and recommends appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records.
- May participate in the development, implementation and audit of policies, procedures and associated documentation; ensures compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations and Company practices.
- May interacts with internal and external customers and audit agencies.
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
