Team Leader Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of general building and property maintenance across multiple manufacturing locations. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, this role leads a team of maintenance technicians in the repair, adjustment, and troubleshooting of building systems and related equipment. The Team Leader ensures that preventative and corrective maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OHSA regulations and company standards. This position serves as the on-site point of coordination, ensuring work is prioritized and completed as directed, while supporting a safe and functional work environment across all facilities.
