assist or provide back up support to all associates in any of the following authorized roles: Purchasing, Receiving, Customer Service, Picking, Dispatching, and Shipping Performing procurement
provide customer service when needed by analyzing, investigating, responding and following through with all email, fax, phone requests and over the counter walk-ins
assist the Warehouse Supervisor in dealing with Warehouse team conflicts and issues
assist the Warehouse Supervisor in scheduling work hours; overseeing the daily workflow and assigning tasks as needed
oversee SAP Inventory Control Specialist duties for warehouse/vans
oversee running daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
oversee the scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries for all retail requests on truck routes
provide ongoing support and training for all associates
various administrative duties within the department.
