Job Description
- assist or provide back up support to all associates in any of the following authorized roles: Purchasing, Receiving, Customer Service, Picking, Dispatching, and Shipping Performing procurement
- provide customer service when needed by analyzing, investigating, responding and following through with all email, fax, phone requests and over the counter walk-ins
- assist the Warehouse Supervisor in dealing with Warehouse team conflicts and issues
- assist the Warehouse Supervisor in scheduling work hours; overseeing the daily workflow and assigning tasks as needed
- oversee SAP Inventory Control Specialist duties for warehouse/vans
- oversee running daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
- oversee the scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries for all retail requests on truck routes
- provide ongoing support and training for all associates
- various administrative duties within the department.
