Job Description
Your role and responsibilities
- Steering and continuous development of the integrated QHSE management system
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, internal, and customer-specific requirements
- Supporting the organization in the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and structures
- Implementing and coordinating new business-relevant standards in the hygiene and food sectors
Your profile and qualifications
- Completed degree or a comparable qualification in quality, environmental, safety, or process management
- Additional qualifications in quality and environmental management (e.g. TÜV certifications) and ideally relevant industry-specific training
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and management systems, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001
- Experience in the planning and execution of internal audits as well as in working with certification and management systems
- Confident use of relevant software solutions and management system tools
- Structured, analytical, and systems-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and coordination skills, combined with a confident manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of responsibility, assertiveness, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical processes and standards
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of quality and compliance
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
