Job Summary

The Team Lead – Digital Transformation & Excellence drives standardized digital delivery, portfolio governance, and value realization across enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow (or equivalent platforms like Salesforce, Workday, Jira Service Management, or Power Platform). You will lead a team of 8–10 members, ensuring digital initiatives are delivered with quality, consistency, and measurable impact. This includes stewardship of project & portfolio management (PPM) processes for digitization initiatives. Partner with Digital Product, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and Business Functions to ensure successful scale‑up of digital solutions across Signify’ s Digital unit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Excellence & Governance

  • Design, build and operate the Digital Excellence governance framework—including intake, assessment, prioritization, and stage-gates with compliance and value tracking.
  • Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Internal Controls, and Finance.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, standards, templates, and KPIs for digital solution delivery.

2. Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) – NEW

  • Lead the end-to-end PPM cycle for CDIO Office digital initiatives, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value realization.
  • Operate a central portfolio view: scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Run portfolio governance rituals: Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews, prioritization forums.
  • Ensure every project has a clear business case, OKRs, value hypothesis, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain portfolio health metrics (progress vs. plan, benefits, adoption, risks, compliance).
  • Standardize project management methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall) appropriate to initiative type.
  • Drive resource planning and capacity management across the 8–10 member team and external partners.
  • Ensure high‑quality documentation: charters, RAID logs, baselines, financial tracking, and closure reports.
  • Implement portfolio reporting dashboards using tools like ServiceNow PPM, Jira Align, ADO, or Power BI.
  • Identify cross‑initiative dependencies and proactively remove roadblocks with functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Procurement & Finance for vendor governance, SoWs, performance tracking, and invoicing cadence.

3. Platform Delivery & Optimization (ServiceNow or Similar)

  • Oversee delivery and optimization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, workflows) or equivalent platforms.
  • Ensure scalable design, technical governance, integration alignment, and configuration quality.
  • Set and enforce release management standards, version upgrades, and lifecycle processes.

4. Process Excellence & Automation

  • Lead process discovery, mapping, and optimization using Lean/6σ and value-stream mapping.
  • Advance automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer, RPA platforms, workflow engines, and low-code tools.
  • Maintain digital catalogues of reusable automation components, templates, and integrations.

5. Value Realization & Adoption

  • Build OKRs and benefit frameworks for each initiative, aligned to CDIO strategy.
  • Track real-time adoption metrics, cycle-time reduction, SLA improvements, and customer satisfaction.
  • Run structured change journeys: stakeholder mapping, comms, training, and hyper-care.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and coach an interdisciplinary team of 8–10 digital specialists & juniors.
  • Drive capability building across PM, BA, automation, platform engineering, and change management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15-18 years in Digital, Enterprise Platforms, Workflow Automation, or IT Transformation.
  • 3–5 years experience leading teams or CoEs (ServiceNow / equivalent workflow platforms preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PPM frameworks, governance models, and multi-project delivery.
  • Experience with scaled agile and tools like ServiceNow PPM, Project Portfolio Suite, ADO Boards, Jira, Power BI.
  • Expertise in process excellence (Lean/6σ), value engineering, and benefits tracking. Workflow automation and digitization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional alignment, and drive measurable outcomes.
