The EMT-Basic functions as a primary provider of advanced prehospital emergency medical care and transportation. Working with autonomy, the EMT-Basic is responsible for patient care decisions, scene management, and ensuring high-quality clinical documentation. This position demands critical thinking, physical endurance, and the ability to perform in high-stress environments, often with limited support. - Not a remote eligible position - Non-Exempt position: Employees must be clocked in and physically present at the assigned station to be considered in work status.
