We're looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) with 2+ years of dental assisting experience who takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience and enjoys working with modern technology, including the iTero Scanner.

Schedule
Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Alternate Fridays: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
- Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel comfortable and cared for.
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Capture digital scans using the iTero Scanner.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Sterilize and organize instruments while maintaining strict infection control standards.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized clinical environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Support scheduling, charting, and patient record management.
- Process administrative tasks including insurance claims and billing as needed.
- Respond confidently during dental emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
- Stay current with new dental technologies and clinical procedures through continuing education.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) designation
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Experience using an iTero Scanner
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Experience with dental software and digital workflows is considered an asset
