Job Summary:

Stonebridge of Abbeville is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community, ensuring a welcoming environment for current and prospective residents. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player, and possess strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community grounds, including landscaping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Perform porter duties such as cleaning vacant units, hallways, and common areas to prepare for new residents.
• Assist with vacant unit turns to ensure timely readiness for leasing.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and leasing teams to support community operations.
• Work weekends and flexible hours as needed to maintain community standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience as a Porter and/or Groundskeeper preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of apartment community operations is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
