Team Leader, Equipment Engineering and Maintenance

The Equipment & Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Equipment Engineers and Maintenance Technicians to deliver safe, stable, and competitive semiconductor manufacturing performance. The role is accountable for equipment availability, reliability, and cost performance, ensuring tool capability supports fab objectives for yield, quality, cycle time, and throughput. This position drives execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while advancing data-driven practices that improve long-term tool stability and fab competitiveness. As a key interface between Technology, Operations, and Engineering, the Team Leader balances daily operations with strategic improvement, engineering project execution, capability building, and cross-functional alignment.
