Build a Schedule That Works for You
Flexible options: four 10-hour days, three 10-hour days, or traditional 5-day schedule
Two evenings per week until 7 PM required
Part-time and contract options available if desired
Competitive Compensation
$33.65 – $40.87 per hour based on experience ($70,000-$85,000/yr)
Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Flexible models allow part-time or contract arrangements

Who You Are
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
Pediatric experience preferred
Passionate about improving children’s lives
