Job Description

Overview As a Principal of Data Partnerships at Epsilon, your role will be crucial in expanding Epsilon’s influence as a leader in outcome-based marketing in the US. You will drive the enhancement of Epsilon’s PeopleCloud (EPC) platform by building and sustaining strategic partnerships with third-party data vendors and platforms. Your efforts will support our growth objectives, enriching our data capabilities and optimizing the potential of our EPC platforms. Collaborating with key stakeholders, innovating data acquisition strategies, and enhancing data quality, your work will enable our clients to leverage data effectively to achieve impactful business outcomes. Responsibilities Skills to collaborate with EPC local and global teams that help to prioritize and acquire data sets essential for improving the EPC platform on a global scale. Negotiation skills to align vendor contracts with client and platform needs for Epsilon and Publicis Groupe. Skills to Identify, source, and integrate additional data sets to meet specific vertical category business measurement requirements. Facilitation skills for connectivity, consistency, and quality by gathering market requirements, evaluating vendor options, and ensuring alignment with global data teams. Partnership with the Epsilon Identity team to expand and improve the quality of CORE ID®s. Education of internal teams and clients on standard processes for using data assets to improve their potential. Seamless synchronization between data providers and CORE ID®, maintaining availability of data and segments for market teams. Provision of high-value consultation to local/regional leads on data integration strategies. Qualifications What you’ll bring with you: 5-8 years of experience in consulting clients on data strategy. Strong knowledge of ad tech, data integration, data activation, and the data economy. Demonstrably quantitative skills with the capability to delve into analysis when required. Ability to cultivate relationships with data, technology, and research partners. Outstanding attention to detail for quality assurance in data deliveries. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable operating in ambiguity within fast-paced, evolving environments, with accountability for outcomes rather than tasks. Proficient problem solver with a "can do" attitude. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Proven ability to make autonomous decisions and exercise sound judgment, balancing the interests of Epsilon, clients, Publicis Groupe, and agency partners. Demonstrated leadership experience, including influencing senior stakeholders, managing teams, and representing complex topics to executive and external audiences. Hands-on experience with key advertising and activation platforms, such as DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), Media Management tools (e.g., Prisma by Mediaocean), Social Network Ad Managers (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), and/or Data Onboarding platforms (e.g., LiveRamp, Neustar). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
