You will coordinate restoration activities on-site, lead crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be the go-to person for field execution, keeping schedules, resources, and communication on track while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and partners.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT SUPERVISOR

As a Project Supervisor, you are the driving force that keeps restoration projects on track and teams performing at their best. Each day brings new challenges, and you meet them head on by organizing crews, managing resources, and ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and with top quality workmanship. You review scopes, adjust plans on the fly, and make sure every detail aligns with company and IICRC standards. You stay connected with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, solving problems early and keeping communication clear and consistent. You lead by example, coaching your team, reinforcing safe work practices, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Your leadership, energy, and commitment to excellence turn plans into results and ensure every project ends with success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of reconstruction practices for water, wind, mold, fire, or vandalism damage
  • Experience reading and interpreting building plans and scopes of work
  • Knowledge of building codes and electrical, or plumbing, or mechanical and related codes preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors on multiple active sites
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and knowledge of Xactimate
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education or related training an asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule   
  • Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
