About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling new customer inquiries and collecting customer requirements for overseas warehouses, Singapore-Malaysia air freight, sea freight, and local cross-border land transportation services; complete new customer onboarding and follow through with implementation.

2. Responsible for the daily maintenance of new customers for overseas warehouses, Singapore-Malaysia air freight, sea freight, and local cross-border land transportation services, including but not limited to billing, exception handling, system maintenance, and customer relationship management.

3. Responsible for identifying and consolidating operational issues related to new customers of overseas warehouses, Singapore-Malaysia air freight, sea freight, and local cross-border land transportation services; promptly report issues to relevant departments and follow up on resolutions, ensuring response timeliness. 4. Responsible for customer service satisfaction for assigned new customers of overseas warehouses, Singapore-Malaysia air freight, sea freight, and local cross-border land transportation services, and continuously improve service quality based on customer satisfaction survey results.

5. Responsible for exploring additional business opportunities with existing new customers and assisting in optimizing and iterating overall service processes.

6. Responsible for operational data analysis and preparing customer daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with more than 2 years of experience in sales or business service within the international logistics industry are preferred.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coordination ability, and a strong customer service mindset.

3. Outgoing personality, willing to take on challenges, self-motivated; honest and professional with strong ability to work under pressure.

4. Candidates with overseas warehouse customer service experience, international express delivery experience, or B2B business background are preferred.
