What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and take genuine ownership of their pipelines.

This is a proactive sourcing role. Success comes from staying ahead of demand, building talent pools before they’re needed, and creating consistent routines that keep supply flowing.

You’ll be confident operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving workforce demands, maintaining strong, consistent pipelines to stay ahead of requirements.

This role operates on a 5:2, Monday to Friday basis, with potential hybrid flexibility, and is based at the Hope Valley Corporate Office. The position reports to the Mobilisation Manager.

  • Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment

  • Experience supporting shutdowns, projects, or contingent labour (highly regarded)

  • Strong sourcing capability across advertising, referrals, past workforce and talent searches

  • Ability to build and maintain active talent pipelines, not just fill roles as they arise

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong accountability for outcomes

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience within crane operations, heavy lift, or similar environments (highly desirable)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining continuous, ahead-of-demand talent pipelines

  • Sourcing and attracting the right cohort of candidates across:

  • Supervisors, Crane Operators, Riggers, Truck Drivers

  • Leveraging multiple channels including advertising, referrals, past employees, and targeted searches

  • Screening and verifying candidates before handover to Admin Support for medicals & VOC

  • Ensuring a consistent flow of qualified, ready-to-engage talent to support workforce planning

Your focus is simple: keep the pipeline strong, active, and ready to meet demand at all times.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

At Freo, we believe in Doing Things That Matter, Leading at Every Level and Winning a Better Way. Here’s what that means for you:

  • Support & Growth: Opportunities to develop your skills, progress your career within Freo Group, or grow across Marmon’s global network of 120+ companies.

    • Employee perks and discounts (travel, retail, health & wellbeing)

    • Loyalty bonus for long-term commitment

    • Referral bonus for successful employee referrals

    • Performance and development reviews to support your career growth
