Principal Product Manager, AI Product

You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and customer workflows, translating advanced AI technologies into practical solutions that improve healthcare operations and outcomes. The position involves owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery through production and adoption, with a strong focus on measurable business and customer impact. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand real-world challenges and ensure AI solutions are deeply aligned with clinical and operational needs. This is a high-ownership role where you will shape product strategy while also driving execution in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to bring generative AI, automation, and analytics into production at scale. Success in this role is defined by shipped products, customer value delivered, and the ability to influence long-term AI product direction across the organization.
