Compensation
- Paid Training: Earn while you learn through our hands-on installer training program.
- Performance-Based Pay: Once certified, installers earn a percentage of each completed job. High-quality, efficient work leads to higher earnings.

- Hourly Pay for Service Work: Warranty and service calls are compensated hourly.
What You’ll Do
- Install Bath Fitter’s premium acrylic bath and shower systems
- Learn installation techniques and trade skills through hands-on training
- Deliver clean, precise, high-quality workmanship
- Maintain a safe and professional job site
- Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new bath system
- Represent Bath Fitter’s reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism
What You Bring
- Interest in the Trades: A willingness to learn, work with your hands, and grow in a skilled trade career.
- Carpentry or Construction Experience Preferred: 1+ years of carpentry, construction, remodeling, mechanical, or hands-on labor experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and learning installation techniques.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
- Positive Attitude & Professionalism: You take pride in your work, value teamwork and safety, and want to build a long-term career.
