Position Summary

- Provide professional service to the customers on Chinese tea recommendations - support tea master in menu planning for Chinese tea component and pricing so as to achieve optimum Revenue - Assist with Chinese tea inventory management

Requirements

Education: - Certified in Official "Tea Knowledge" education - High school graduate Experience: - Minimum 3 years at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant Knowledge and Skills: - FandB product and service knowledge - Knowledgeable with Chinese tea product, preparation and service details - Alert with FandB related trends - Advance customer service skills - Meticulous and attention to details Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken - English is an added advantage - Team player
