Director, EV Strategy and Operations

The Director, EV Strategy and Operations is a high-impact leadership role responsible for architecting and operationalizing the global future of Ford’s electric vehicle business.

In this role, you will lead the Strategy & Operations team that serves as the "connective tissue" between Model e leadership’s vision and the operational reality of execution at scale. You will own Ford’s most critical EV strategic priorities—from initial problem framing through full operational execution—influencing decisions that shape Ford’s EV trajectory through 2030 and beyond. Operating as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership and a peer to functional leaders across the enterprise, you will mobilize the organization to compete and win in the rapidly evolving global EV market.
