The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.
As a customer service professional, you must be willing and motivated to meet the needs of our members and clients by contributing to their financial health and empowerment. ✨Temporary on-call member/client experience agent
What you'll do: Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
