Job Description

The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.

As a customer service professional, you must be willing and motivated to meet the needs of our members and clients by contributing to their financial health and empowerment. You'll provide quality service and find personalized financial solutions on a daily basis. Here's a featured position we're currently hiring for in the Nord-du-Québec region:

Temporary on-call member/client experience agent

What you'll do: Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.

  • Client financial services agent

What you'll do: Work with personal finance advisors and improve service for members.

  • Personal finance advisor

What you'll do: Help members with their financing and investment needs while providing quality service.

  • Wealth management advisor

What you'll do: Help members by developing strategies and offering investment, financing and insurance products.
