Job Description
Position Summary: The Facilities Manager for the Catholic Center/Basilica is responsible for all facets of operations, maintenance, housekeeping, mail delivery, security, and contracted services. Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead employees and contracted staff. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional committed to maintaining a safe, functional and welcoming environment in support of the Catholic Center's staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to relate effectively with contractors and staff at all levels within the Catholic Center and to keep the Director of Facilities and Real Estate, CFO and Vicar General informed of unexpected challenges as they arise.
