Job Description

Are you passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and solving problems effectively

We are looking for a dedicated Complaints Handling Specialist to join our team

This role is a key part of our commitment to providing excellent service and upholding our corporate values

What you’ll be doing: Correspond with clients, partners, and AXA entities regarding complaints in line with company standards Collaborate with other departments to resolve individual complaints within company guidelines Proactively propose and update internal procedures to enhance the complaint handling process Continuously monitor and analyze internal processes, proposing and participating in implementation of improvements Diagnose and identify problems resulting from complaints, providing feedback to mitigate issues Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors What you’ll bring: High school or university degree Native Czech or Polish speaker with at least C1 level German and B2 level English, other languages are a plus

Proficient in MS Office, internet

Strong communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills

Analytical and logical thinking, ability to identify root causes of problems

Capacity to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
