We’re looking for a Digital content & Communications Manager who can lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our always-on digital presence. This is a temporary role for about 12 months, planned starting date September 1. In this role, you will ensure our content reaches the right audiences across key digital touchpoints, and deliver measurable impact.
Based in Lund, Sweden, you will be responsible for amplifying content across paid and organic channels, playing a key role in expanding our reach and engagement through digital marketing.
Who is your future team?
You will join the Digital Channels & Activation team, responsible for bringing our marketing strategy to life across digital platforms.
The team focuses on amplifying campaigns and content through always-on digital channels, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. Working closely with teams across marketing, brand, and content, the group turns strategy into measurable digital impact.
The team includes specialists across paid and owned media, social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing operations, collaborating to continuously improve performance and audience engagement.
What will you do here as Digital content & Communications Manager?
As the Digital content & Communications Manager, you will lead how our campaigns and content are distributed and optimized across digital channels. Your work will help maximize reach, engagement, and demand by combining strong channel strategy with data-driven execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and evolve the digital channels strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives
Lead the execution of digital campaigns across owned and paid channels
Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
Manage media strategy, planning, and budget allocation
Monitor media performance, analytics, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure effective digital activations

Qualifications
Experience in turning business strategies into digital marketing
Working knowledge of paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing
Experience managing digital campaign strategy and analyzing performance data
Experience managing external agencies or media partners
Comfortable working with multi-channel marketing campaigns
Physical Demands and Travel
This role is primarily office-based. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration, agency meetings, and events.
