About the role
We’re looking for a high-impact Revenue Enablement Team Lead to lead our Kuala Lumpur GOC enablement function supporting the APAC region.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving enablement strategy, execution, and impact across the region. You will act as a trusted business partner to APAC leadership, shaping and delivering enablement initiatives that directly influence revenue performance.
You will bring strong leadership presence, commercial focus, and execution discipline, ensuring enablement is consistently delivered at a high standard and drives measurable business outcomes.
About you
You are a confident and credible leader who can influence senior stakeholders, lead with authority, and inspire teams to perform at their best.
You are equally comfortable facilitating high-impact sessions, shaping strategic conversations, and driving accountability for results. You have a strong understanding of how enablement contributes to revenue and are able to clearly articulate impact through data, insights, and outcomes.
You bring clarity, structure, and a focus on execution, ensuring priorities are aligned to what matters most for the business.
What you’ll be responsible for
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing enablement function, driving accountability, quality, and consistency
- Set clear priorities and expectations aligned to APAC revenue goals
- Create an environment focused on continuous improvement, coaching, and delivery excellence
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to APAC Sales, Customer Success, Rev Ops and GTM leaders
- Translate regional priorities into targeted, outcome-driven enablement strategies
- Provide challenge and insight on performance gaps, capability development, and opportunities
Revenue-Focused Enablement Delivery
- Design and deliver enablement programmes across onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and systems
- Facilitate engaging, high-impact sessions that build capability and confidence across teams
- Ensure all enablement activity is aligned to improving pipeline quality, deal execution, and revenue outcomes
Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Define, track, and continuously improve enablement success metrics
- Deliver weekly reporting to the APAC Revenue Enablement Leader outlining activity, outcomes, and business impact
- Use data and insights to refine programmes and drive better results
Operational Alignment & Execution
- Ensure global enablement programmes are effectively adapted and embedded within APAC
- Drive consistency in tools, processes, and messaging across the region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to maximise impact

Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a GTM-focused role within a software business
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to command a room and influence senior audiences
- Demonstrated ability to connect enablement initiatives to commercial outcomes and revenue metrics
- Experience delivering engaging training, workshops, and large-group facilitation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organised with strong programme management and execution discipline
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and communicating impact
