ABOUT THE ROLE
The Ambassador role is designed for Skin Clique providers who are ready to contribute beyond their clinical panel. It consolidates legacy constructs into a single role that matches each provider's leadership strengths to the network's needs - whether that's mentorship, education, network, market presence, or something else entirely - and builds the organizational infrastructure to scale alongside it.

This is a W2 employment role. You bring your clinical excellence, your credibility in the network, and your drive to contribute beyond your panel. Skin Clique plugs you into a formal leadership structure, rewards you for the contribution you're already making, and gives you a path to grow within the network on your own terms.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
- You commit to a 40-hour W2 week: approximately 25 hours of clinical production and 15 hours of Ambassador responsibilities
- Within your 15 leadership hours, you select a specialty track that matches your strengths and the network's needs
- You earn a guaranteed base salary exclusive of your tiered commission on core aesthetic services revenue
- You operate as a formal leader in the network
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Clinician with Skin Clique, in good standing
- Eligibility is based on two factors evaluated together: base service revenue and year-over-year growth. The target is $350K in base services (tox, filler, skincare, microneedling, and chemical peels) paired with 25%+ YoY growth. Trainer pay, CareValidate, and GLP-1 revenue are excluded from the floor calculation to keep the measure focused on core clinical practice. These aren't strict cutoffs evaluated independently; they're considered in combination to identify providers running a healthy, stable, and growing practice.
- Commitment to substantially grow their practice from current levels and work with colleagues to explore marketing, operational, clinical, and financial opportunities
- Availability to commit to a full 40-hour W2 week inclusive of clinical production and Ambassador responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently within defined program responsibilities and timelines
- Strong peer credibility and a history of constructive contribution to the Skin Clique network
PREFERRED
- Prior experience in a formal or informal leadership capacity within the network
- Track record in the specific contribution area of your preferred track (education, mentorship, visibility, or operations)
- Strong administrative follow-through and comfort with structured deliverables and timelines

As a W2 employee, you are eligible for the following:
- $50,000 guaranteed base salary (~$70/hr), paid on a standard W2 schedule
