About the role:

The P2P Accountant is responsible for delivering accurate and compliant P2P processes for the Kazakhstan market, ensuring stable operations, supporting stakeholders and maintaining data quality and process performance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full P2P processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices, payments and vendor accounts.

• Monitor and manage backlogs, blocked invoices and payment issues, ensuring resolution within SLAs.

• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support month-end and reporting requirements, including accruals and GR/IR.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and local requirements.

• Support stakeholders as a key P2P contact point.

• Identify recurring issues and support improvements to process efficiency and accuracy.

• Support controls, reporting and audits.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; certification is an advantage.

• Solid experience in P2P / Accounts Payable or finance operations.

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

• Experience in structured, cross-functional environments.

• Exposure to reporting, vendor reconciliation and service delivery.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• English (working), Russian required, Kazakh is an advantage.
