Behavioral Health Clinician - Home Based (Macomb)

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children with severe emotional disturbance and their families. Conduct assessments, develop diagnoses and treatment plans, and maintain at least 6 service hours per family monthly (4 face-to-face). Complete timely CAFAS/PECFAS and MichiCANS assessments. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with funder/agency standards. Participate in supervision and team meetings. Offer 24/7 crisis support on rotation. Deliver only approved, medically necessary services using trauma-informed care. Travel throughout Macomb County to provide services using a personal or agency vehicle.
