How you will create an impact: Support the end-to-end HR Analytics and workforce planning processes related to workforce management and resource allocation within the Healthcare Life Sciences team. Assist with annual FTE planning by aligning staffing needs with business performance and operational goals. Analyze FTE utilization to assess team workload, capacity, and resource availability. Contribute to employee performance analysis to support talent development and evaluation processes. Extract and consolidate data from systems such as SAP and other internal databases. Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders, including Partners and Division Heads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Support ad hoc HR and workforce analytics projects as required. About you: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intensive use of Power Query, Pivot Tables, and other functions. Advanced-Proficient level of English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Basic knowledge or strong interest in Power BI and data visualization tools. Ability to prepare clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data insights to operational and strategic decisions. Interest in HR Analytics, workforce planning, and people management topics.
