We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team.This is an outstanding opportunity to join nVent Management Company at our Trachte facility in Oregon, WI. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be an integral part of a world-class team manufacturing highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. Responsibilities

  • Install wiring, electrical fixtures, devices, and control equipment
  • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install all types of electrical conduit
  • Join and connect wires to lighting, power, and control equipment
  • Connect power cables to equipment
  • Apply a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Apply knowledge of 120/240 single phase, 120/240V delta 3 phase, 120/208V 3 phase, and 277/480V 3 phase systems
  • Integrate switchgear systems

Requirements

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Commercial/Industrial experience preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with switchgear integration
  • Must be able to work from 6 am – 4:30 pm M-Th, with up to 10 hours on Fridays
  • Indoor work environment
  • Reliable transportation to Oregon, WI
