Senior Finance Partner – Manufacturing

Job Description

Finance Partner to the Manufacturing Site Leadership Team

Accountable for business finance aspects of the site ensuring transparency and decision support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner to the Head of the manufacturing site, and its mgnt team.

  • Lead in business finance aspects for the site, main liaison for the accounting.

  • Legal entity responsible.

  • Own local business cases, ensure compliance to Capital Expenditure Request process (CER).

  • Own and drive all planning cycles for the Site, ensure synchronization of local and global assumptions/parameters, based on the P&O LT timelines.

  • Challenge assumptions, strive for ambitious and realistic plans, and follow up on execution.

  • Ensure adherence to all corporate reporting timelines.

  • Ensure SUC accuracy in accordance with global standards.

  • Mentoring the team to drive standardization and excellence in financial performance mgnt. Develop the talent pool.

  • Support planning and reporting of R&D Projects driven in the manufacturing site.

Qualification & Skills:

Strong accounting &  tax  and manufacturing costing knowledge

•Ability to challenge assumptions and drive performance improvements

•Leadership and coaching capabilities.

•Strong cross‑functional communication skills.

•Experienced or willing to learn advanced finance / IT tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Python, etc.

•Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or similar.

•Experience in manufacturing controlling or site finance roles.

•Exposure to SAP and standard costing environments.

•Experience working with structured data, ideally within PowerBI data modelling.

Must have:

Advanced english.
