Design Build Manager

The Design-Build Manager is responsible for leading Limbach's national approach to design-build execution as well as direct oversight of the organization's central estimating and preconstruction teams. This individual plays a critical role in aligning estimating, engineering, and operations ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and in accordance with defined criteria and safety standards. This Manager leads the front end strategy for design-build and design-assist pursuits, drives scope and budget development, and works in close partnership with engineering and operations teams to ensure constructability, cost control, and technical alignment from concept through turnover.
