The Phlebotomist performs venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection on all facility patients with accuracy and skill, as directed by their supervisor and in accordance with industry standards. Additionally, they conduct bedside test analysis and collect non-blood specimens as instructed to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
